Our export department is based at Beckenham and we have regular customers in over 64 countries. We also operate 'over the counter' export sales.

We forward our goods by post, ParcelForce and various independent carriers. These costs are passed on to our customers.

How do I find out the latest prices?
Our website is constantly updated with the latest prices so you can order with confidence. Some items on our website require you to request a price by email, or you can telephone any branch.

How do I avoid getting poor quality goods?
One cannot give a quality service with inferior goods and we take great care in our selection of products ensuring they perform well over a long period of time. Occasionally some goods fail to meet requirements and if they are returned within 14 days in the original packaging, quoting the invoice number, we will credit them. When goods have been correctly supplied they will be subject to a handling charge.

Although we are in business to sell our tools and equipment we are aware that we operate in a skilled artisan environment and much of our equipment requires knowledge and aptitude in its handling and performance.
