Do you accept returns?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and if you find there is a problem with your purchase please email us or call 01959 543660 for your options.

  • If you change your mind about product we can arrange an exchange or refund as appropriate up to 30 days from the invoice date as long as it returned to us in perfect condition in the original packaging. We will ask that you pay for the postage to return the item.
  • If we have supplied an incorrect product, we will replace it free of charge, as soon as we receive the undamaged original item.
  • For faulty or damaged goods, we ask that they are returned to us with the packaging so that we may assess the problem. Dependant on the nature of the damage/fault we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

All returns should be sent with a copy of the original paperwork to our head office.
