Hazardous Goods

For safety reasons we can only deliver hazardous goods within the UK mainland. This will be by a dedicated courier service.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and if you find there is a problem with your purchase please email us or call 01959 543660 for your options.

  • If you change your mind about product we can arrange an exchange or refund as appropriate up to 30 days from the invoice date as long as it returned to us in perfect condition in the original packaging. We will ask that you pay for the postage to return the item.
  • If we have supplied an incorrect product, we will replace it free of charge, as soon as we receive the undamaged original item.
  • For faulty or damaged goods, we ask that they are returned to us with the packaging so that we may assess the problem. Dependant on the nature of the damage/fault we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

All returns should be sent with a copy of the original paperwork to our head office.

We are a UK based company but have customers all over the world and have excellent shipping rates globally. There are several ways to place your order with us if you are outside the UK.

Ordering through our website

  • Orders through our website show prices in GBP '£' with a VAT breakdown.
  • If you are ordering from an area of the world outside of the EU fiscal area, the tax will be removed from your basket total once a delivery address is entered. If you are EU based outside of the UK and VAT registered you can enter your VAT number at checkout so as not to pay VAT.
  • Shipping options available will also be dependant on your delivery address and weight of goods. 
  • Our website can process export orders up to 28Kg in weight. If you wish to place a large order or a bulky item please contact our head office.

Hazardous Goods

Unfortunately we are unable to ship items classed as Hazardous Goods to most locations outside of the UK mainland. Items classed as hazardous are clearly marked on the product page. If you are based in Europe and a shipment can be sent to you by road we may still be able to send such goods to you, please contact us for further information noting the goods that you require.

Import Duties, Taxes and Fees

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import costs that you have responsiblity for. If in any doubt, it is best to contact your local customs office for details of any possible charges before to placing your order.
