Invoicing Assistant - VACANCY NOW FILLED
We are looking for an Invoicing Assistant to join our small team on a temporary full time contract at our head office in Biggin Hill, Kent.
Key Elements
Invoicing
Inputting sales orders and generating invoices on our Sage 200 accounting system
Data Management
Handling data within Sage 200 from our stock transfers between our Head Office and Birmingham and Hatton Garden branches
Transferring data from our obsolete accounting system onto Sage 200
Ecommerce
Creating and managing listings on our Ebay and Amazon platforms
Order Fulfilment
Picking goods to fulfil our web and telephone orders.
Requirements
- Organised, responsible, self-starter with a fine attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong email and telephone communication skills
- Experience in invoicing or Sage 200 desirable but full on the job training will be given.
This is a full time, Monday to Friday role although part time may be considered if a working pattern can be agreed upon. The contract will initially be for 3 months and would suit someone looking to start or progress their administrative experience.
The role is available immediately.
Salary dependant on experience. 2 days annual leave will be accrued for each month's employment.
