Our water has a conductivity of 5 µs max this equates to a resistance of 0.5 MΩ (ohms).
The lower the conductivity (i.e. less than 5) the higher the resistance must be so higher than 0.5 Mohms.
The resistance will always be higher than 0.5.
They are opposites as one goes up the other goes down and vice versa.
