We ship worldwide and have a number of different shipping options available to you dependant on your location. The options appropriate for you purchase will be shown to you during the checkout process.
We try to keep this page as live as possible but please do be aware that all prices here are subject to change. The correct carriage charge will always be presented to you at checkout.
UK Mainland
All mainland UK orders placed before 2 PM are eligible for next day delivery. If you require your order to leave urgently please use the 'contact us' facility on the website.

Please note that UPS add a surcharge to the price of delivery to certain UK postcodes. This is, unfortunately, beyond our control. A full list of the affected postcodes can be found here.
International Shipping
International shipping costs depend on the value, weight and destination of the order, but we typically offer one of the following solutions at checkout. If you do not see a shipping option, please contact us

To place an international order just add the items you require to your basket and proceed to checkout where the available shipping options will appear (VAT will be removed once you enter your delivery address). If your order is below 1.9KG you can select the Royal Mail postage option, anything from 1.9KG - 69KG you will only see the courier options. If the order is above 69KG please either place the order in more than one shipment or contact us for a quotation [email protected]
There is currently a minimum order charge of £10 for postal orders and £50 for courier orders (£150 to EU member states for courier orders).
Hazardous & Dangerous Goods
Some of our products are considered hazardous or dangerous and have shipping restrictions on them. These products are clearly marked with either .... or .... Adding one of these products to the basket will immediately default the whole order to the hazardous or dangerous shipping options only.
Hazardous/Liquid goods - Uk Mainland Only
These products are available to purchase by all UK mainland customers, but can only be despatched via designated courier methods. All non-UK mainland customers please contact [email protected].
Dangerous Goods Restricted - Collection Only
These products have the highest level of restriction and are collection only. Such items can only be sold to UK business customers who are VAT registered and have an account. ID must still be shown at one of our three trade counters.
Regulated Products
Revised government legislation now requires that certain products can only be sold to a registered business or a holder of a valid explosives precursors and poisons (EPP) licence issued by the Home Office. If you already hold a credit or QHAZ account please complete the Poisons Act Amendment Form and send to [email protected] with the copies of valid ID. If you are a new customer or do not currently hold an account, please also fill in the form and return with ID copies and we will verify you as a business either by your VAT registration or by publicly held information such as social media accounts or other listings and open a QHAZ account (or if desired and approved, a credit account). You will need to supply ID for anyone who will be placing the order or purchasing in branch on behalf of your company.
When you purchase a regulated product in branch, the form will need to be completed before we are able to sell the item and ID will need to be presented at the point of purchase. When purchasing online, where this is possible*, your order will be held and you will be contacted to send copies of ID for validation against the approved ID held on file, before we dispatch your order. A list of the products that are regulated can be found here. *Some items may not be available online as we are unable to ship via post or courier.
