Edenta CeraGloss Wheel Green - TM52G

The Edenta CeraGloss Green Wheel is the first stage of the CeraGloss three-step diamond impregnated polishing system, designed for initial shaping, surface refinement and pre-polishing before moving onto the Blue and Yellow finishing stages.

Featuring a diamond impregnated surface, the Green Wheel provides controlled material removal while smoothing rough surfaces and preparing jewellery for the next polishing stages. It is ideal for working on harder materials including platinum, titanium and carbide, as well as shaping and polishing tungsten carbide gravers used by setters and engravers.

Unlike traditional polishing wheels, the CeraGloss system has the abrasive integrated into the wheel itself, helping to provide consistent performance without the need for separate polishing compounds or pastes. This creates a cleaner, more efficient finishing process with predictable results.

Mounted on a 2.35mm shank, the CeraGloss Green Wheel is suitable for use with pendant motors and micromotors, making it ideal for professional jewellery workshops.
