Goldstar Gem Set Investment Powder
Gold Star GemSet is a powder uniquely formulated to protect precious stones, especially diamonds, set into the wax prior to investing, burnout and during casting.
GemSet's special formulation protects the gems from the heat of the burnout process and also during casting of the high temperature gold alloy. This powder produces the highest quality surface finish with the gem stone as clear as before the process began
You can invest with slightly warmer water, the warmer the slurry is when investing the quicker the set time will be. We advise only a few degrees warmer than what you regularly use, as it may set too quick.
