The 100W Water-Cooled Jewellery Laser Welder is the latest addition to our benchtop range, offering a compact, powerful and easy-to-use solution for precision welding and jewellery repairs. Designed for professional workshops, it can be set up quickly, allowing you to start welding within minutes.

Suitable for gold, silver, platinum and steel, this versatile laser welder delivers precise, localised heat, making it ideal for repairs close to heat-sensitive gemstones and delicate components. It is perfect for jobs that would be difficult or risky using traditional soldering techniques.

Whether you're repairing jewellery, filling porosity in castings, tack welding components before soldering, or replacing soldering altogether in many applications, this machine provides exceptional control and consistent results. It can perform single pulse welds, rapid seam welding of up to 30 welds per second, as well as filling small holes, gaps and surface imperfections before smoothing the finished area.

The integrated microscope and CCD camera system, combined with a large 137 × 190mm display, provides a clear view of your workpiece for accurate positioning and precision welding. A simple touchscreen interface allows independent adjustment of power, pulse frequency and spot size, while up to 15 custom welding programmes can be saved for frequently used applications.
